Diamond Drilling

Diamond drilling :

Diamond drilling is the most efficient way of creating holes and slots from 4.5mm to 52mm in diameter, to limited depths up to 1m . Openings can be drilled through all types of concrete and brickwork for plumbing and electrical installations. This is also an effective method of creating holes for the installation of pipes and cables, anchoring bolts and load carrying devices.

Drill bits are mounted on the rotating end of various drilling machines with diamond segments welded to the drilling end. Powered by electric or hydraulic power systems, this technique provides a quiet and efficient, non- vibratory way of forming holes and slots whilst keeping spalling to an absolute minimum.

Dry drilling can be used for block/brickwork holes whilst water control can be provided if required. The machines can be mounted vertically, horizontally or inverted dependant on location.
